"I was in an accident this past October that I’m still having to jump through hoops to be compensated (other party’s insurance). I was fully taken advantage of by a personal injury attorney, and after firing them, I’ve been speaking with Kacey! My former attorney kept telling me how State Farm doesn’t pay out nor do their truly care about their clients. I’m not sure if I’ll be paid out by State Farm with my underinsured policy but I can say wholeheartedly that Kacey has stepped up for me. She’s jumped head first into my case when I don’t think she had to but customer service is clearly her jam!! Kacey not only stayed late to work on my case after our first conversation, and throughout this process she continuously calls to check in regarding my claim. This insurance specialist checks on me and has truly shown me that my former lawyer was 100% wrong. Even though she’s not in charge of my claim has not deterred her from following up on my behalf and caring about me as a human being. That has meant the world to me to be seen and heard for the first time regarding this wreck. When Kacey says “I’m going to look into this”, she means it, and I am extremely impressed. Nowadays people rarely keep their word and it has been such a relief to know I can count on Kacey (all of Hank’s team). This team definitely lives up to their company slogan, “like a good neighbor State Farm is there!”. You won’t find a more sincere, caring, motivated or determined specialist!! I can say with great confidence if State Farm does the right thing and pay me, it will be due to Kacey. Without her due diligence it wouldn’t have been possible because she has been going up to bat for me. They have a rare jewel in Kacey ☺️ and overall the work world needs a million more Kacey’s in it!!!"
